Our primary goal is your satisfaction with every purchase you make. While we strive to exceed your expectations, we understand that there may inevitably be instances where you need to return an item you received from us. In the event that any of our products arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the issue provided it meets your requirements.

We kindly request that you handle the product with care during the period of use and ensure that all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are returned with the item.

If you’ve simply changed your mind about your order, our policy on refunds and returns lasts for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that products purchased past the 14-day return period will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Products with a short shelf life such as flowers or plants cannot be returned. To complete a return, we require proof of purchase or a receipt.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any part of kit that shows obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Upon receipt and review of your return, we will promptly notify you via email that we have received it. Additionally, we will inform you of whether or not your refund has been approved. Upon approval, your refund will be expedited and a credit, equal to the refund amount, will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within two business days.

Late or missing refunds

In the event that your refund has not been received, kindly double-check your bank account and promptly reach out to your credit card company. It is possible that it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted, so we suggest that you communicate with your bank as well. Please bear in mind that the refund process typically takes some time before it reflects on your account. On sale items

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items and not applicable to items that have been discounted for sale.

Exchanges

Our policy is to provide a replacement only in the circumstance that the item is unusable or damaged. Kindly notify us via email at hello@wonderwalldirect.com in case you require an exchange with an identical product. We recommend that you send your item to the appropriate company that oversees our warehouses for processing. Complete company address details can be provided upon request.

Gift purchases

If the product was purchased and sent directly to you as a gift, and was marked as such, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the amount of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the item is received. However, if the purchase was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to be given to you at a later time, we will refund the gift giver and inform them of the return. Our company is committed to ensuring a seamless return process for all our valued customers.

Shipping returns

In the event of returning a broken or non-functional item(s), we will provide coverage for the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is made for any other reason, the responsibility of covering all shipping expenses falls upon the consumer.

Please note that for any returns made for reasons other than damage or defect, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and the cost may be deducted from the refund, depending on the item.

Until the item(s) arrive at our warehouse, it is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure safe delivery, and we strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance. Please be advised that receipt of the returned item cannot be guaranteed by USP Creations Limited trading as Wonderwall.
