Creating the agreement
You place an online order by selecting an item and following the on-screen instructions.
You will be able to amend your order until you click the ‘Confirm payment’ button.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgment and not a purchase confirmation. Please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder if you have not received your order confirmation email within 45 minutes.
If you are paying by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Electron, and American Express via Stripe payment processing platform. Stripe is one of the safest payment processors due to its extensive collection of basic and sophisticated security features. Stripe is also a Level 1 PCI Service Provider, which means it adheres to the strictest PCI DSS requirements established by the PCI Security Standards Council. When placing your order, you will be asked to provide your card details for payment.
Usually, your order will be ready for shipment immediately after placement. If you decide to cancel your order, you must inform us before noon on the same business day, or the following business day if your order was placed after noon.
Once payment has been authorised and stock availability has been established, we will organise delivery of the products to you. Acceptance of your order and formation of a legally enforceable contract between us will not take place until we send you a second email confirming acceptance and outlining how your items will be delivered (Dispatch Confirmation).
We have the right to decline all or a portion of any order for any reason and will notify you through email if this occurs.
It is advised that you keep any e-mails related to your order and agreement.
The particulars of your contract are kept on file by us. Please feel free to contact us if you need any more information about your order.
We accept both debit and credit card payments.
Once we have received your order, we will process payment using the credit or debit card account information you supplied. If there is insufficient inventory to fulfil your order, you will be notified as soon as feasible. A refund will be made through the original payment method used to place the order.
We do not offer a cash-on-delivery option.
We will inform you if your payment information cannot be allowed for any reason, and we may then request an alternative payment method.
On this website, all pricing and fees are displayed in British pounds sterling. The price you pay for your order is the listed price on the website. Unless otherwise specified, prices include VAT at the current rate but exclude delivery fees. Delivery fees are computed as part of the checkout process, based on the location of the delivery address and the weight of the items purchased.
If we uncover an error in the pricing of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as quickly as possible and give you the choice of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, we shall consider the order cancelled and issue a full refund.
Safety and clearance
All credit and debit card transactions conducted on our website are secured via a secure connection and Stripe. This secure connection encrypts your credit or debit card before sending it to the bank for authorization.
As an additional security safeguard, once your order has been processed, we do not keep your submitted credit or debit card information.
Faulty or damaged products
Every effort will be taken to ensure that the ordered items arrive undamaged and in perfect condition. Immediately contact us at 0333 305 5097 if you discover that the items are damaged or defective in any way upon arrival.
Upon receiving confirmation of the damaged item’s return, we will ship an added item if the item is damaged, and we are unable to fix it to adequate manufacturing standards.
Out of stock items
We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any difficulties with your order or if the item you ordered is out of stock. Once the order has been confirmed, we will provide an anticipated delivery date. If we are unable to deliver this, you will receive a full refund if you have already paid by credit card.
Although we make every attempt to deliver your goods as promptly as possible, during peak periods this may take longer than we would like.
Consumer right to cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel a contract during the period specified:
- Your legal right to cancel a contract commences on the date of the Dispatch Confirmation , which is the date on which the contract between us is established.
This implies that during the applicable period, if you change your mind about receiving or keeping a product or decide for any other reason that you do not want to, you may tell us of your choice to terminate the contract and receive a refund. Your local Citizens Advice Bureau or office of Trading Standards can provide information regarding your legal right to cancel the contract.
This cancellation right does not apply to any goods:
- which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- or flower, plant, food (human and animal) or similar goods which are perishable or liable to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- goods made to your specifications or personalised in any way;
- goods with a broken seal.
The deadline for contract cancellation then relies on what you ordered and how it was shipped, as shown in the table below.
Expiration of the cooling-off period
Your agreement is for one item (which is not delivered in instalments on separate days).
The expiration date is fourteen days after the day you acquire the item. Example: If we give you with a Dispatch Confirmation on 1 January and you get the item on 10 January, you may cancel your order at any time between 1 January and the end of the business day on 24 January.
Your agreement covers one of the following:
- One item that is delivered on separate days in instalments.
- Assorted items that are delivered on different days.
The expiration date is 14 days following the day you get the final shipment or the last of the requested separate items. Example: If we provide you with a Dispatch Confirmation on 1 January and you receive the first instalment of your goods or the first of your separate goods on 10 January and the last instalment or last separate goods on 15 January, you may cancel in relation to all instalments and any or all of the separate goods at any time between 1 January and midnight on 29 January.
You can also contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, via phone at 0333 305 5097.
If you cancel the agreement, we will reimburse the total amount you paid for the goods. Please note, however, that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in value of the goods resulting from your handling them in a manner not permitted in a store (which, for the avoidance of doubt includes, without limitation removing any plant item from its container, planting any plant item, using the goods in the garden or home or any other handling which results in damage to the goods).
We will reimburse any shipping expenses you have paid, except the maximum refund permitted by law is the cost of delivery using the least expensive delivery mode we offer (if this is a common and acceptable method). For instance, if we offer delivery of a product within 3 to 5 days at one cost but you choose delivery within 24 hours at a higher cost, we will only reimburse the amount you would have paid for the less expensive delivery option.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the item.
If the products have already been delivered to you prior to your decision to cancel the contract, you must return them to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days following the day on which you inform us of your decision to terminate the contract. You may send it back to us via mail unless the items are defective or not as described, you are liable for the expense of returning the goods to us.
If the products cannot be returned by mail, we estimate that if you use the same carrier who delivered them to you, these expenses will not surpass what we charged for delivery. If we have offered to collect the products from you, we will charge you the actual cost to us of collection. Because you are a consumer, we are required by law to provide you with goods that comply with the terms of this agreement. You have legal rights with regards to defective or misrepresented goods as a consumer. These legal rights are unaffected by your right to return and receive a refund under any other provision of these Terms. Local Citizens’ Advice Bureaus and Offices of Trading Standards can provide information on your legal rights.
We have the right to decline any order if:
- We or any of our suppliers do not have sufficient stock to supply the ordered items.
- We cannot deliver to your location.
- On the website, one or more of the ordered items were erroneously described or priced.
- The transaction cannot be processed.
If we do cancel your contract, we will tell you through email and reimburse any money paid by you to us within 14 days of the termination of your order, if practicable. We are not obligated to provide additional compensation for dissatisfaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury resulting from our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession); or faulty products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
