Cancellations

Overview

Orders for perishable items (plants) may be cancelled up until the time of delivery, but not afterward. Orders for non-perishable items may be cancelled from the time the order is placed until 14 calendar days after the products have been delivered.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, please send an email (using our contact form) or a letter through the mail that includes your account number, full name, address, and phone number.

Implications of cancellation

If you cancel your order for non-perishable items after they have been delivered, you must return them to us within 14 days at your own expense. Please keep a receipt of postage.

We may deduct from your refund any loss in value of supplied products that resulted from unnecessary handling on your part. Please return the merchandise in its original packaging.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and no later than: 14 days after the day we received back from you any returned goods (if earlier); 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or, if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day we were informed of your decision to cancel the order.
